sewing mittens for koalas who have been burnt during the recent bushfires.
I used this pattern available from the IFAW and used french seams so the koala's claws wouldn't become entangled in the seams.
I used some of my much loved Chirpy Lola stash + a couple of fat quarters sent to me by sweet Peg.
I love this fabric - so cheerful and pretty.
