Stitching with Rosie

I'm taking advantage of the beautiful cold weather (hot weather is a true enemy of MS) and getting out and about as much as I can.  One of the best things I've done is enrol in a monthly stitching class with Rosalie Quinlan.  Every month we will get a new stitchery which Rosie very kindly irons on to linen for us and then we have three hours of her fabulous teaching skills, funny stories and charming company.  As you can tell she has pretty much captivated me.

This is what we are stitching this month. Mine is on an aged looking hanky linen and I've chosen to use Cottage Gardens thread, Pansy, yet again.  The sample above uses a new thread colour combination called Rosalie after Rosie but it won't be available for another week or two.
Here is a LINK to these super cute little crochet butterflies.  I found them at fabulous Crafts on Squidoo.
Have a wonderful Sunday
Love

  1. Rosalie's always does such beautiful work. You are so lucky to have her as a teacher which you are obviously enjoying. I prefer the cooler weather too. The heat and I just don't get on at all.
