I had a bit of a splurge and bought a starter pack of reproduction fabrics to make this gorgeous quilt. I plan to hand piece everything.
I think I'm going to really enjoy making this quilt. I chose a red background as I wanted a nice dark colour. It is eventually going our my bed which is the favourite resting place for my cheeky little puppies.
This is the scruffiest little one, my darling Bella, Belly, Belly Button, Buttons. She is very naughty about being brushed, she runs and hides if I even think about it - I think she can read minds.
I cannot even begin to describe how happy I felt when I found these wonderful free patterns.
There is a pattern for each one if you follow this LINK.
So wonderful and generous of fabulous Marly to share these with us at Samplers and Santas.
Have a wonderful Monday
Love
