I've had today's treasure for a long time. It quite often appears on my blog...as a divider. It's my beautiful crystal beads.
John bought them for me for our third wedding anniversary from a Melbourne institution, Kozminskys. They were a piece of estate jewellery and date from the 1930's. Yesterday was our 33rd wedding anniversary so I thought today would be a great day to share them as my Tuesday Treasure.
Do you have something you treasure to share today? It can be a thing, a person, a place or even a feeling. Just pop your details into MR Linky and join in the fun.
Tuesday's Treasures will now occur monthly and I'll be having a giveaway each month. Today's giveaway is a lovely pattern by Rosalie Quinlan called Miss Melly's sewing pocket. (All my family call me Mellie, so it seemed perfect.)
There will also be a materials pack to help you stitch the project. For one entry, share your treasure. For one entry leave a comment on this post. If you'd like two entries please do both. I'll close the giveaway next Monday and announce the winner next Tuesday.
This mini quilt is absolutely delightful.
So cheerful and happy, I think it is a must make. And to make everything even better it's a free pattern very kindly shared by Heather Mulder Peterson of Anka's Treasures and shared on her beautiful blog
Thanks to Janet for letting me know the link wasn't working. Please try HERE
