Just three simple little hexie flowers for my Confetti quilt this week.
Every week Karen at Journey of a Quilter kindly hosts One Flower Wednesday. I really enjoy seeing what everyone else has made and am grateful to Karen for keeping me motivated in my hexie flower making.
The fabrics in the background are new ones that I bought to put a bit more blue into this quilt. They are from The Drapers Of Mount Macedon in Gisborne. I hadn't been to this charming little patchwork shop before but I loved it. We were on our way to lunch on Mt Macedon and then a walk to the wonderful Sanitarium Lake - one of the most magical places I know.
