Three Flowers to Share

This week I have three hexie flowers to share. The two little ones complete the set of nine I'm making as part of Dawn's gorgeous Frosty Flakes project.
The larger one is part of birdie themed bits and pieces I'm working on as part of Jenny's Birdcage Weekend Sew In.(which closes tomorrow, I'd better get a wriggle on.)
I'm currently stitching Lynette's My Garden BOM and I used the  birdhouse stitchery from Block 2 in the centre of my flower. I really wanted a little silver bird charm for this flower and couldn't find one in local craft shops, but a trip to Diva and I found a pair of really cute swallow earrings and voila, I had my bird charm.
Don't forget to visit Karen at Journey of a Quilter to see lots of other hexie flowers.  Huge thanks, as always, to gorgeous Karen who organizes this each week.
