Stitch In Days

Anyone who reads this blog regularly knows I am a huge fan of Jenny of Elefantz...not only is she the loveliest person and a fabulous writer her designs are totally charming.  How lucky are we, as sweet Susan from Desert Sky Quilting has set up a new blog just so we can share the Elefantz designs we have stitched.  It is called Stitch-In-Days and the first Linky Party is up and running.

So if you have ever stitched one of Jenny's delightful designs, please pop over and join in, it would be wonderful to see this new blog grow and grow and grow.
This beautiful but simple little heart is one of my favourite Jenny designs...I've stitched it lots of times, often adding a Theodora Cleave button.

All these stitcheries are part of Jenny's Stitchery Club

By the way, have you checked out Jenny's latest tutorial HERE.
I think I will get a lot of use from this delightful design.
This year I am not going in swaps but because I do love making presents for bloggy friends I'll be sending out some little 'Just Because' presents.  This is the first which I'll pop in the post today.
I wanted a little bag to hold it so of course I turned to Jenny for a charming little stitchery.

Here's a LINK to a really lovely Travel Shoe Bag.
It is no surprise that something so lovely is shared at A Spoonful of Sugar.   Many many thanks to Lisa and Sarah.

Now for a bit of happy news for me...I saw my cardiologist on Tuesday and I'm doing so well I'm off my fluid restriction...I cannot tell you how happy this makes me...a cup of tea whenever I want.  Bliss
Hope you have a blissful day too.
Love

  2. ooh, such good news from your cardiologist and very sweet heart stitcheries, dear Melody. I have decided not to do any exchanges this year, either, I always start well with them, have very good intentions and then get so stressed as the deadline looms - so I am taking this year off!
