A wonderful find

As many of you know I am a huge fan of Michelle Palmer and have a great little collection of Michelle's original works of art on fabric.  I've also given quite a few pieces as presents... but they are tricky to buy.  They sell almost as soon as they are offered on Etsy.
These are some originals I bought last Christmas...
...and some more.
So can you imagine my delight when I popped into Patchworks Unlimited in Ascot Vale and Pauline was working on a sample featuring this totally charming panel.

I know Pauline will be bringing some of these beautiful soft flannel panels to the NOTYQ quilt show, just in case you want one too.
We are tough here in the northern suburbs.  I looked after Henry on Saturday while Sammy attended the AGM at Diamond Valley Miniature Railway. Even though it was freezing and raining at times Henry wanted to drive me around so here we are in the rain.
And yes that is a blanket around my shoulders, and I usually don't feel the cold.

Henry is such a lucky little boy...driving a train is just a dream for so many little children.
Spring is around the corner, here in Melbourne, so I feel the need to freshen up my little outside sewing table with some new coasters.  I thought these would be perfect.
They are very kindly shared HERE  by fabulous Bec at Chasing Cottons.  Many many thanks to Bec
Have a wonderful day

Love
