Really Good Fences and FNwF sign up

Time for this week's Good Fence with TexWizGirl at The Run *A* Round Ranch.
I found this gorgeous fence at the Australian Garden at Cranbourne Royal Botanical Gardens.  It is surrounding the Children's Garden.

These gardens are really worth a visit if you are a visitor to Melbourne as well as for locals too.  This spot was our last stop on the way home last Sunday.  We really needed a walk to get rid of some of those yummy cake calories.
I've had a bit of a horrid week health wise, in fact I've been bedridden for a few days, too sick to sew or read due to my MS vertigo, so thank goodness I've had Miss Marple to keep me company.  I do love an old fashioned mystery and a good British drama. (Luckily I'd written and scheduled all this week's posts on Sunday night so I didn't have to miss out on blog posts this week)
The world is whizzing around a bit less now so I think I'll give some sewing a go tonight and what could be better than to sew along with my bloggy friends.  And thanks to Cheryll and Friday Night with Friends I can do this.  You can sign up HERE.
How cute is this tea towel?
It uses what we used to call Chicken Scratch embroidery.  I found it HERE at wonderful Riley Blake Designs.  The tutorial was written by fabulous Deonn @ Quiltscapes.
Hope your day is filled with happiness.
Love

  11. MS must be the biggest pest to your life. It's a mean illness. I do hope that it leaves you alone for a goodly long while.
I love a good Miss Marple as well. I think I've really enjoyed the Geraldine McEwan interpretation of the role the best, although all Miss Marples are usually brilliant. :)
    Take care

  17. Oh no, I'm so sorry you've been ill. Vertigo is bad as you really can't do anything at all. I had no idea it was a part of MS. Take it easy.
