Sweet Sue

I am so lucky as I have the most wonderful blogging friends.  This exquisite handmade card arrived from sweet Sue.  She said as soon as she saw it she thought of me and sent it to let me know she understands my grief about the death of my darling Matilda.
Matilda was my little shadow and I still miss her every day.  Enormous thanks to Sue for her beautiful card and kind words - very much appreciated.

 And a win for me was waiting when I got back from the NOTYQ retreat.  
Huge thanks to Wendy for sending me this gorgeous pressie as part of FNSI.

    How lovely and lucky! Even though I have scruffy still here with us, my little Muffin was my shadow just like your little Matilda. All we can do is to remember all the love and good times they shared with us xo

    Hang in there Melody, missing Matilda will get better, I promise!! Hard to believe now but it will - the sadness will fade into happy and warm memories!!
