A little project

A couple of days ago I shared a link to a tutorial on how to make an infinity scarf using two fat quarters. (Monday's post)  I love the fabrics I received from Lynda for my birthday and I love wearing pink so I thought I'd give the pattern a go.  I am so happy with how it turned out.  Just need to get some fine perle cotton to quilt it.

I think I'll be making a few more of these with some of my favourite fabrics.

Sweet little birds
are just so adorable.  Huge thanks to Kata at Petite Purls for sharing this gorgeous pattern.  Here's the LINK.

  8. It is fantastic to see you loving the fabric and making something out of it so quickly. I am so glad that you liked what I picked for you. I can't wait to see it finished. I am not really a scarf person - I always them scratchy on my neck but this one look perfect as it is smooth. Lovely.
