...and so I'm thrilled to be back in our lovely bit of blog world. To celebrate my return I'm having a GIVEAWAY
Just leave me a comment on this post and you might win a $25 gift voucher to Jane's wonderful on-line shop Want it, Need it, Quilt. Please spread the word that I'm blogging again and you can have a second entry. You have a week to join in - I'll draw the winner next Wednesday the 4th of July.
While I was sick a few goodies arrived at my house. I received two swap blocks as part of Quilting Block Swaps Australia, from Helene and Ilse. I love them both.
Lovely bloggers Christine and Simone came to visit and Simone bought me some more little hexies for my hexie purse.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much.
One of the main reasons I've been missing for a while is because my doctors and I have been trying to get my pain under some kind of control. It's hard for me to get real pain relief and be awake, so I've spent much of the last few weeks asleep. As a consequence I've not got any sewing to share. Anything I did sew is going to have to be redone as sewing while on opiates gives some very weird results!!! I plan to lock myself in my sewing room for the next few days, so if you are waiting for a parcel from me, please don't worry it will arrive soon.
I've decided to wait until July 9th to share the next part of my Home Sweet Home BOM. I want to concentrate on my swap obligations first and hopefully a month's break will give people time to catch up on their penny rugs. Here's a hint about Part 6 which will be on this blog on July 9th.
FABULOUS FREE STUFF
As part of A Little Bit French lovely Cheryl at Willowberry Designs is sharing this really beautiful laundry bag. I love this project and it will be on my July White Rabbits To Do list.
Here is the LINK. Many many thanks to Cheryl.
Lastly I want to send a huge thank you to everyone who sent me get well wishes. Look at this beautiful card from Shez.
