One Flower Wednesday

I spent a couple of hours yesterday making another two hexies for my Confetti quilt.  I really enjoy fussy cutting these flowers.  The time has almost come to start putting them onto the background squares and then I need to work out my border design.
Every week lovely Karen from Journey of a Quilter gives us a chance to share our hexie flowers as part of One Flower Wednesday.  Thank you so much Karen.

FABULOUS FREE STUFF

A fussy cut hexie cushion tutorial.  My idea of hexie heaven from Sew4Home.  Fabulous indeed.

  2. The hexies are always so beautiful and inspiring. What will you be using your backing? Will you hand quilt it or machine quilt the confetti when you are finished.

  16. Hexies are beautiful as they always are. I didn't sign on yesterday - was planning to, but it was too hot to do anything. Next week! Looking forward to seeing your quilt. Computer wouldn't let me sign up to Tuesday's Treasure this week - so I did it anyway!! Love the BOM - will definitely be participating, but once again computer not being compliant - will have to sort it out tomorrow. Cheers
