I adore donkeys...
... and I am so lucky that my wonderful friend Rachelle has three - Kit Kat, Olive and Edwina. They are such little characters. Their paddock is quite close to the kitchen window and if they spot you in the kitchen, they call out for attention. That's Rachelle in the picture above. She is the kindest person you could imagine so these little donkeys have the very best life.
Every afternoon, Rachelle shuts the main gates to the property and the little girls can wander at will. That's gorgeous Andrea with them in part of the garden which will eventually become the orchard. They, along with her dogs and cat, are definitely Rachelle's little treasures.
Do you have something you treasure. It can be a person, a place or a pet. It can be a thing, an idea or a dream. Anything which is important to you and you would like to share. Just pop your details into Mr Linky and join in the fun.
The donkeys are gorgeous Mel and thankyou for hosting Tuesday Treasures. Cheers Kaylee

My treasure is a little black miniature poodle.
ReplyDeleteA friend who was 86 at the time bought him and after a month was at the door with please take him. We were his 4th family and he was only 8 months old. He is the sweetest little guy. I love him dearly. He is with me from morning till night. I truly love him!
Aren't they so sweet! Did you know that in Old Testament times, donkeys were only ridden by royalty? I think they're just precious.
