One Flower Wednesday

Every Wednesday Karen, at Journey of a Quilter, hosts One Flower Wednesday for us all.  A chance to share and see hexagon flowers.  This is particularly kind as clever Karen  has completed her hexie flower garden.

This week I made three embroidered hexies to add to my pile.  Peace, Hope and Joy.  The stitcheries are free patterns from lovely Jenny at Elephantz.  Unfortunately Joy didn't make the pile as I thought I'd give them a quick iron before I took their photo and there must have been grime (probably melted Vliesofix) on the bottom of the iron.  Poor Joy will now have to be re-stitched, but hopefully will appear next week.
