What beautiful displays. Yum. Remember the days when a whole cake was $5. I paid $3.50 yesterday for a vanilla slice!ReplyDelete

We went to St Kilda when we visited our daughter a couple of years ago.We had breakfast on the beach,it was like paradise ,beautiful place.
She diddnt take me to that gorgeous cake shop though.
I will make sure Nicky and Tony take us there next time We go to Australia.
Those photos brought back memories for me, Melody! Ken and I lived in Mitford Street St Kilda before we were married, and we would often stroll down Acland Street (around the corner) on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, and indulge ourselves in cake and coffee! Haven't been back there for 30+ years, so it's nice to know those shops are still there ;-)ReplyDelete
This place looks absolutely fabulous Mel, this is definitely on my "to do" list, lucky you living so close to such a place :-) Hugs KayleeReplyDelete
