Stitching with Gail.

It was wonderful to spend a day with gorgeous Gail Pan stitching her delightful designs.  Here's what I did on the day.
I've still got three more great patterns to stitch, one from Gail and two from lovely Ramona.
Gail also announced details of the next stitchery day, Stitched in Time.

I am so excited that Bonnie Sullivan will be the next designer and teacher to visit from the USA.  I fell in love with Bonnie's amazing designs when Bertie arrived on the scene

and then sought out more of her designs at All Through The Night.

It is amazing that I will get to meet her in person.  I bet the spots at this wonderful stitching event will fill up quickly, so if you'd like to come please contact Gail.  Her number is on the flyer above.
Gail shared with us details of a great blog hop to make The Winter Wandering quilt.  You can find details at Gail's blog HERE.  This is the first block on offer...

...a free pattern in either English or Dutch.  I think it is really charming.  You can find the pattern and instructions by following this LINK to Ellie's Quiltplace.

Hope you have time for some stitching today

Love

PS I'd like to send a huge HELLO and best wishes to Hanya who met my friend Christa on a Michelle Marvig Quilt tour.

  6. LOve your stitching. Gail's designs are always so sweet. Bonnie Sullivan is a fav of mine too. That bottom pic is the one that has been in Primitive Quilts mag as a BM I think. Great you had such a fab day. Wish I could get to Narree Warren for the next big day as it is my 60th birthday that weekend and that would have been such a great way of celebrating. I guess I wouldn't get there anyway due to the celebrations hehehe.
