Bits and Pieces

I had a great time on Wednesday catching up with my lovely Scquilters friends. We celebrated Australia's Biggest Morning Tea with delicious food, fun raffles and lucky dips and raised over $500 which I thought was a brilliant effort as we only a fairly small group.  There was also some fabulous Show and Tell.

I'm trying to find some of this fabric for one of my fellow scquilters.  If you can help please let me know and I'll get the two of you in contact.

Quilts of Valour are holding a Quilt In tomorrow. Quilts of Valour Australia's mission is to present quilts to service members of the ADF in recognition of their sacrifice for Australia whilst deployed on combat operations.

Great company, door prizes, morning and afternoon tea refreshments provided

The Harkaway Hall committee has again generously offered the Hall free of charge. People with varied experience are most welcome. Tasks/projects can be selected as you arrive. All skill levels are welcome. Heating, cooling and large trestle tables are available. We will have irons, cutting boards and cutters. If you have a basic sewing kit, please bring it with you. You are very welcome to bring sewing machines. These will be tagged for you on the day.
If you can come for the whole time could you please bring your lunch?
