Girls day Out

We are very lucky here in Melbourne.  Lots of super talented designers live here and many of them hold fabulous stitching days. On Saturday I attended Girls Day Out with my lovely friends Annie and Maria.  We had a wonderful chat, stitched a little, ate a lot, received fabulous gifts and generally had lots and lots of fun.

Our hosts were Liz of Teddlywinks and Libby of Artsmart Cottage

These are the projects we received in our goody bags along with some fabric to get us started, a beautiful wooden bee button, a copy of Homespun and delicious sweeties and chocolates.

Liz, Libby and their helpers did a great job decorating the hall.

I love these days and this one was fabulous.

I'm definitely putting this one on my To Do list.
