The Artisans of Geelong

John and I popped down to Geelong to enjoy the work of the Artisans of Geelong.  The exhibition featured works made by the group and displayed at the Johnson Collection last Christmas.
The Geelong venue was the beautiful Geelong Club which is very rarely open to the public and we were thrilled to be able to explore the club and its garden, as well as enjoy the works of art on display.
Here's a few pieces which particularly caught my eye.

It was a truly wonderful way to spend a couple of hours.
How about making a lovely scrappy patchwork cushion.
You can find the pattern and tutorial very generously shared by Sherri HERE at her delightful blog A Quilting Life.  Many thanks to Sherri for sharing it with us.
Have a day filled with happiness
Love
