FNwF WIP

I had a lovely day stitching away with friends yesterday.  In the afternoon I joined the other ladies in the Friday Friendship group at Sewn and Quilted and enjoyed a delightful two and a half hours relaxing, chatting, stitching and enjoying Carol's delicious Rocky Road.
It was lovely to see the new French General range, Joyeux Noel, had arrived at the shop as I'm in a couple of Christmas swaps and can't wait to incorporate these gorgeous fabrics into some gifts.

Did you know you can buy French General trim online at Renaissance Ribbons?
Another wonderful place to visit if you are a French General fan is The Warp and the Weft

Then once I'd settled in for the evening out came my next Flowerville block and I stitched away with my FNwF blogging friends.  A monthly event organised by sweet Cheryll from Gone Stitchin'.

Once this is finished I need to find Block 4 before I have to confess to Rosie that I have lost it.
There is a great article over at Mollie Makes showing how to make fabulous fabric flowers.  Here's the LINK. Thank you so much to everyone involved, for sharing this with us.
Have a wonderful day
Love

  7. I think I know why you go to "groups" to stitch as I stay home and housework is always calling and I get no stitching done! Last night I spend unwinding tangled yarn.....not exactly progress. LOL!
Love your stitching and I pinned the fabric and trim! Lovely.
