Project Pouch

How wonderful - people from all around the world have responded to the call for mittens for poor koalas injured in the recent bushfires.  In fact the response has been overwhelming and the IFAW have enough to last for quite a while.  If you would still like to help our injured and orphaned Aussie wildlife, The IFAW need liners for joey pouches.
They are calling the appeal Project Pouch and you can read about it HERE.  There is also a link to the pattern.

I don't have much flannelette in my stash but I did find a bit to make three.  I plan to pop over to Spotlight to buy more.

Lucky me, two lots of hexies in two days.  These are part of the Inchy Hexie Flower Swap and came from Celine.

Thank you so much Celine, I love them.

I'm always looking for good ideas to help me get organised.  Here's a great one.
It is very kindly shared in a pattern and tutorial HERE at fabulous Crafterhours.
Many many thanks to Adrianna and Susan for sharing this nifty design with us.

I'm off to a NOTYQ sewing day, lucky me - I know I will have fun.
Hope your day is full of fun too.
Love
