Blankets of Love

Each month I aim to make something for charity, something for the present basket and something for myself following the philosophy of my dear and inspiring friend Sue over at I Purr Furr to Craft.  This year I've decided to make little baby wraps for Blankets of Love.  I finished this one last night and it will be off to lovely Cheryll today.
This is the thread I used to quilt it.  It is one of my favorites.  I love the patterns it makes on the ball as it is unravelled.

These gorgeous pot holders are a fabulous free pattern over at delightful Buttons and Butterflies.  Just follow this LINK.  If you have any doubts about the importance of Blankets of Love please read this post on Heidi's other blog Butterfly Kisses.
Wishing you a peaceful happy day
Love
