Pets on Quilts

was so much fun last year that this year I decided to play along.
You can too, just pop over and visit Jacque at Lily Pad Quilting.

All of my little dogs love to snuggle up on a quilt...
...but tiny little Matilda takes the cake. She loves to be on a quilt and under a hand crocheted rug too.  She tunnels under, reaches the bottom, does a U-turn, then tunnels back until her little head pops out and her body is under the rug, toasty and warm.
Today there's a LINK to a brilliant tutorial to make a fabulous doggy bed.
Enormous thanks to fabulous Erin at Dog Under My Desk.

  3. What a nice post, smiling here. I can't let the foster pups on the furniture (must follow the rules) or I would be sharing some body heat LOL. Will definitely check out the dog bed though. Will be a great way to use up the bags of quilt crumbs I am collecting. xx debbie

  7. Little Matilda looks adorable. I found my own little dog this morning, snuggled up in a quilt where she shouldn't have been.......but I am a pushover.

  10. Matilda is like my Lily...Lily loves to cuddle under the bed covers...which is just my quilt on top of the fitted sheet...(too hot and humid in the summer to bother with anything else).

  24. Helloooo ~ Let me introduce myself, I am Sweet William The Scot, and I am taking the tour of the quilts. I am more of a dog blogger, but I have made three quilts in my lifetime. Matilda has definitely got it right ~ there is no place better to snuggle than on a home made quilt.
