I've been making bags

and having lots of fun.
I decided to raid my doily stash
and use some of my gorgeous and much loved Bunny Hill fabrics. and here is bag number 1.  More to come.

Have you heard about Crafty Hijinks in Ballarat on September 15th
It's organised by wonderful Jodi of Ric-Rac and equally wonderful Gillian of Silly Gilly
Here's what Jodi says about the day-

It is going to be very low-key but lots of fun. Its a day just for hanging out, chatting, laughing and crafting. Its early days, but we have a local shop setting up a stall for the day, some door prizes and plans for goody bags.
You don’t have to be cool or groovy or particular friends with anyone – You just need to be a blogger-its that simple. Come in a group or come along on your own.  Have you ever wondered what a blog meet is like? Well there is often a bit of girly shrieking, a lot of laughter and that funny kind of coded talk we do where we call each other our blog names.

It's only $21.50 which includes lunch.  A super dooper bargain.  I've already bought my ticket, it would be wonderful if you bought one too and we could all get together and have fun.

There is a brilliant tutorial to make your own Caity Cat at Green Dragonfly.
I'm so in love with this cute little critter.  Here's the LINK to the pattern.  Huge thanks to Janette.
