Interstate visitors

We were really lucky to have wonderful Cheryll, bloggy friend and swap mama extraordinaire fly down from NSW for the Mill Rosie Get Together. What a duo she made with Shez.  They were so funny.

Two other bloggy friends accompanied her - Peg and Dale.  Don't be fooled, they look innocent here
BUT they were soon huddled together, plotting and scheming
and before we knew it they had charged for the chocolates in a very greedy fashion.

We all had the BEST time.  As always everyone at Mill Rose Quilt shop and restaurant were so welcoming and charming and the store was over flowing with quilty goodness.
Lovely Liz from A House in the Country now works at Mill Rose and it was brilliant to catch up with her.  She was the one who had the idea that we all jump in the air and it was her fabulous photo that has become my favourite shot.

It is the last day of the flowery blog hop.
Here are the blogs to visit today.

It is also your last chance to enter my flowery giveaway on my last Thursday's post.  Good luck - I'll announce the winner tomorrow.

A really fun link today.  I just adore these little birdies.
How lucky are we.  There is a wonderful free pattern and tutorial.  Many many thanks to Paper and String.  Here is the LINK.
