One little 1/2 inch hexie flower this week destined for my confetti quilt. I saw Irene's lovely Confetti Quilt up on the wall at Mill Rose Quilts and it has inspired me to get back to work on this delightful project.

Very soon I am going to endeavour to make my first hexies, what size would you recommend for a beginner Mel ? I am a little scared and trying to look at as many tutorials as I can before starting on my hexie journey...
