This logo appeared on Madame Samm's at Sew We Quilt. Madame Samm sent us over to visit Carol from Just Let Me Quilt who is organising this blog hop and before I knew it I'd joined up. So had 160 others. I'm really looking forward to seeing what everyone else has done.
This is my very first go with foundation piecing. Why did even the thought intimidate me for so long? I actually enjoyed it - in fact I enjoyed it very much. I'll certainly give it another go.
I've only got a bit more stitching to go and I'll be ready for the borders.
The embroidery was designed by Helen Stubbings of Hugs from Helen for another project (Stitching Around The Block) but I added a bit of this design to the bowls...
...and here's the rest of today's bloghoppers.
Huge thanks to Carol all your hard work in organising this blog hop and to Regina for so generously sharing your pattern. Thanks too to Madame Samm. What goodies you are!
