Putting the parliament together...

...a parliament of owls, of course.  I do love collective nouns - there is a fun list HERE

I picked up my owl quilt from my long arm quilter - fabulous Leanne of Leanne's Quilting Service.  As always she did a brilliant job.  This quilt is made up of blocks I received as part of Quilting Block Swaps Australia organised by lovely Sue of Quilted Hugs.  I love that these blocks came from all over the world, makes this quilt really special.

FABULOUS FREE STUFF
Owls today, of course.
A stitchery pattern HERE  by super talented Andrea of Bad Birds.  You have to read her latest post - July 9th- it's so funny.

And this one from amazing Elsa at Elsita

Two outstanding artists so generously sharing their designs - How lucky are we.

  22. Collective collective nouns can be fun. eg. A squeal of teenage girls. A piddle of puppies. A cacophony of cockies. A bawl of babies. A dose of doctors. An agony of Aunts. etc.
