A wonderful present...

...and what makes it extra special is that it was made by one of my dearest bloggy friends - sweet Shez.
I had no idea who would be making my Welcome mini quilt in Cheryll's fabulous swap.

I was thrilled when I opened my parcel and found this gorgeous quilt inside.  I absolutely adore it, beautiful stitching, favourite colours and a super cute retro look which delights the eye.
I'm displaying it in the corner of my living room.  Next to the mini quilt is a beautiful owl  card which arrived from another wonderful bloggy friend, Marina.  She sent me some gorgeous teeny tiny hexies for my hexie purse.  Thank you so much, they are lovely and I feel very spoilt.

FABULOUS FREE STUFF
This one really caught my eye and again there is a great tutorial.  Wouldn't it make a brilliant candle mat.
Huge thanks to Lurline for her fabulous blog and this brilliant project.  You can visit Lurline's Place HERE
