Tuesday Treasures

This week I want to share this decoration which is on my bathroom wall. At one stage I worked in a fabulous local furniture shop, Purdys.  I adored working there and they were the best bosses I ever had. Jan bought all the giftware and I found so much of it irresistible.  It was very hard not to spend all my wages there.  This is one of my favourite things from Purdys.

Do you have something to share with us today.  It can be an object, a place, a person or even a feeling. Anything at all that you treasure.  Just pop your details into Mr Linky to join in the fun.

FABULOUS FREE STUFF
A few fellow bloggers have mentioned suffering from headaches lately so here are a couple of eye pillow patterns.
Pop over to Yoga Hound for a great tutorial.  Many thanks to Hanri and her gorgeous rescued greyhound Banjo.

and

This one is at Chubby Hobby.  There's a tutorial too.  Thank you Jo.

and

This really pretty one is at Jessica's lovely blog, Sew Homegrown.

If you haven't done it yet, please enter my giveaway of a $25 gift voucher kindly donated by Jane.  You can spend it at her wonderful on-line shop.  Want it, Need it, Quilt.  Just check out the Feb. 3rd post.  I'm off to make some hexie flowers for One Flower Wednesday tomorrow.
PS. Don't forget the first Teddy Bears Picnic for 2012 will be on Thursday.

  1. My object today is my miniature sewing machine, thimble and tape measure. This was my gift from my step mum and the first time she acknowledged me for what i do and told me she loved me.

  2. Your treasure is great and so are those headache bags. I'll make one or two but I JusT don't need the headache to use them on. :)
