A Free Penny Rug BOM

HOME SWEET HOME

I'm going to be very busy this year as I have another project on the go and this one I plan to share with you.  Starting on January 9th I will publish monthly patterns for a large penny rug.  It could also be made into a wall hanging.  It will run for 10 months so should be finished well before Christmas.

I'm making mine in felt but of course you could use other fabric if you want.  I hope you'll join me, it should be fun.

FABULOUS FREE STUFF
I'm also hoping to share a fabulous free pattern from a generous blogger each day.  They will then be listed on the Fabulous Free Stuff page at the top of my blog.  I think it will be a good way to share fun things I find and also will give me my own list of projects I'd like to make.
So here's my first find -
The Bapron - A cross between an apron and a bib.  Kindly shared by Jess at Craftiness is Not an Option.
Little Henry eats solids now so I'm planning on making a few of these for him.

I'VE BEEN MAKING
... a present for Rachael Daisy

and a swap block and gifties for Isabelle in France

  15. Can't wait. And yes, I know, I don't need any new projects - but this one is too hard to resist. Looking forward to seeing the first part. What a fabulous idea for the bib - my niece has three littlies so it would make a great gift for her. You have been so busy - love the gifts you have made. Hexies and log cabins - absolute favourites. A log cabin was the first quilt I ever made and I think it will always be a favourite with me. Take care and Happy New Year!!
