2016 Free Boms

An interesting afternoon.

This Thursday is November's Teddy Bears' Picnic and I wanted to take a little snowman, I made a few years ago, on the picnic.  I had no idea where he was so I embarked on a search.  Under the bed in the spare room are some under-bed storage boxes and as well as my snowman I found this.
A folder containing an entire unstitched BOM of Anni Downs' Angels Among us.  I did start the first block, but this is as far as I got.  Even the threads I selected are all there.
I'd actually forgotten how nice the fabrics were.  Now if only I could find the book.  I've got all the applique sheets, but I'm not sure where I put the instructions.  I'm pretty sure Liz and Rosalie made this quilt so I may need to borrow the book from one of them.
I'm actually quite excited by this find and will put this quilt on my To Do list for next year.  I also found a lot of fabric I'd forgotten about so it was like Christmas.

Tomorrow I'm off to Warburton for the annual Patchwork Teahouse Quilt In.  I'll be taking my House on the Side of the Hill bag, so if you see it and me please say hello.
