Another week, another hexie flower coaster. Every week lovely Karen at Journey of a Quilter gives us the chance to share our hexie flowers as part of One Flower Wednesday. Thank you Karen.
have you come across stack and whack? It's a great and quick way to achieve the above and I thought you may find it useful. You may know it already. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vusz5Rx5tkQ best wishes Sally
This is beautiful. I'll be pinning it. :-) I thought you might like this stack and whack technique as it is a fast and very accurate way of creating identical blocks like the ones you used here. I use it for octagons made from triangles, or similar, to create incredible kaleidoscope effects. You might well be familiar with it already. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vusz5Rx5tkQ Best wishes Sally.
