The most fabulous day
On Saturday John and I had the most fabulous day with Sam, Henry and about 70 of Sam's friends for his 30th birthday celebration. Sammy had his own engine pull a train from Maldon to Castlemaine and back with some stops for photos along the way. It was a brilliant day, every aspect perfect.
One of the most thrilling aspects for me was travelling in the engine from Muckleford Station to Maldon as the sun was setting.
It was toasty warm in the engine and the views very beautiful as the sun set.
Of course dear little Henry was there too.
Enormous thanks to my dear Sammy and his fabulous friends for making the day so special.
