Catching up with friends

Sorry I didn't post yesterday as I was not well but I'm feeling so much happier as my sweet friend Christine is picking me up and we are heading over to Helen's place for a day of stitching fun.

I just signed up for a really fun swap at No Fuss Swappers.  I love little things so putting together this swap will be enormous fun.  There is still time to sign up.

And I have made another block of my Simple Splendid Sampler.  Took awhile to embroider all those little daisies but lots of fun.

2016 Annual Quilt Show

Come along to this annual event and browse the wonderful work of some very talented local quilters. The official opening for this event will be on Friday 18 March; 4 - 7pm and Saturday and Sunday 19 and 20 March, 10am - 4pm. There will be a raffle quilt, guessing competitions and quality handmade goods for sale. Refreshments will also be available.  Entry Fee is only $2 and children’s entry is free. Everybody is very welcome.
