A gorgeous gift and OPAM

This beautiful gift was designed by one lovely friend, Jenny of Elefantz, and stitched by another, my dear friend lovely Christine, of MacDonald's Patch.

It came with this delightful book, containing lots of projects I look forward to stitching.

If you are northeast of the city and want to eat the yummiest apple pie, I definitely recommend Petty's Orchard where John and I had afternoon tea yesterday.

Not only do we enjoy the apples, so do the naughty little possums who manage to nibble through the netting.

It's great spot to visit with a lovely rustic shop and cafe.  You can buy from a large range of organic vegies, fruit and grocery items.

With Valentine's Day just around the corner I thought this lovely little mini with a stitched heart design would make a wonderful gift.
