Beautiful things from Michelle

I'm in a wonderful swap group organised by Shez and Peg.  It is called Friends Having Fun Swaps and our recent task was to make a ruler cover.  My parcel came from Michelle and she certainly spoiled me.  

I always know if I see Michelle's name on a parcel it is going to be a real treat. Thank you so much to Michelle.

Back on July 7th I blogged about stitching a name using an alphabet from sweet Jenny of Elefantz

well here it is stitched in one colour with the gaps in the letters stitched in.

I added one of Jenny's delightful birds to the rotary cutter bag. Here's the rest of the parcel

This was a really fun swap and I loved sewing for Barb as she is such a wonderful person and dear friend.
