A Wonderful Weekend
Sam, Henry, John and I headed off to Cobden on the weekend. It was their Spring Festival and a special celebration at the Cobden Miniature Railway. Sam and John played with trains and Henry and I played in the beautiful grounds which include a pioneer settlement, playground, mini golf, lake and fabulous gardens. There was delicious food in the clubrooms too. Huge thanks to all involved for making us feel so welcome.
I was pretty excited to see the trees in the main street of town had been yarn bombed.
There is a really wonderful Wool Applique a Technique Tutorial, over at fabulous Sew Mama Sew. It is written by guest contributor Alison Glass, you can visit her at Alison Glass Designs.
Hope you have a fun day

What a fun day out. It's great there are so many different things to see in one place. We just discoved a miniture railway like that in the Blue Mountains. Yarn bombing really does make you smile. These trees look wonderful.
