Happy February

Hard to believe that first month of the year has whizzed by so quickly. Sorry it's a bit late, but here is this month's White Rabbits logo.

I have some gorgeous sewing and goodies to show as a beautiful parcel arrived from my dear friend Quilt Kitty.  I hadn't planned to open any of my presents early but my little house guest was so excited when the postie arrived with the parcel that I let him open it. Tracey really spoiled me.  The presents are wonderful.

Firstly a gift from the Quilt Kitty kitties.  Brunny and Hun Bun sent me this adorable cushion made by their mum.  Thank you so much Tracee it is absolutely beautiful.

Tracee sent me the most beautiful book.  I love Lynette Anderson's designs and a book featuring her cat and dog designs is absolutely perfect.

She also included a delightful calendar and this fabric.  Oh the fabric, it is wonderful.

Thank you so much, lovely Tracee.  What a treat.

    Wonderful gifts from friends. I never got the cats and dogs, but I did do some punched pieces for it.

    Hi Mel, I'm glad you loved everything. I spend ages searching your blog looking for any reference to that book, thinking it has some lovely projects in it to suit you. I was really pleased how the girly-whirly cushion turned out. The eyes are so cute, just like your girls & Max, watching every movement. Pity I didn't think to include something munchy to share with your little visitor. I thought you would love your fat quarter birthday swap fabrics. The courier came Tuesday afternoon & got a very warm reception. I was holding off posting until Wednesday in the hope that the fabrics I ordered for all the FQ b'days would get here in time for yours. Lots of please, please, please bring me a parcel today!
