Community Quilts

I spent yesterday finishing the binding on this NOTYQ Community Quilt.

My quilting group does lots of things for members of the wider community and I am very proud to be a member of this fabulous group of women.  Hooray for NOTYQ.

Such a great gift idea.  A Quilted Wine Tote and there is a great tutorial at Needle and Spatula.  Here's the LINK with big thanks to Kate.

  5. such a great quilt! You wouldn't believe I have just finished that very same wine tote for a swap group I am in - I found the tutorial a while ago, and have finally got around to making something with it ;-) A tease photo has been posted on my blog, with a full reveal when the recipient receives it ;-)
