A sewing day

I started round 2 of my Kilmore Quilter's round robin project last night at wonderful NOTYQ.  I love both these groups so much.  If I say so myself - we quilters are wonderful people.

John has to work today, just part of being a nurse, so I plan to have a lovely quiet day sitting on my day bed, with my doggy friends, and stitching away.

FABULOUS FREE STUFF
If you are not familiar with Red Brolly you NEED to visit. Fabulous, creative and generous Bronwyn has some more Easter sewing projects for us.
Laverne, the Easter chicken is just the latest project.  Bronwyn has out-done herself with   all she has shared this year.  Many many thanks for thinking of us all.

I wish you all a very peaceful, safe and happy Good Friday and close with an adorable vintage image from another amazing blog, The Graphics Fairy.  Thank you so much, Karen, for every thing you share.

  5. That block is beautiful Melody. Isn't Laverne just the cutest, she's on my 'to do' list too. That's both of Bronwyn's latest free patterns we have loved & (almost) made. It is so sweet of her to be so generous. Happy easter & happy stitching with the girls. How is little Bella? Tracee xx
