Lucky lucky me...

...because a beautiful parcel from Portugal arrived for me.

Inside were all these goodies as part of Heidi's Quilter's Day Swap.  Thank you to fabulous Heidi from Handmade by Heidi, of Friday Night Sew In fame, for organising this wonderful secret swap for us.

How lucky am I to have received these gorgeous gifts from clever, creative Dorinda.  Firstly the most beautiful stitchery in my favourite colour - red.  Dorinda is so clever she even made the button herself from Fimo.

Next this cute little felt pouch.

Inside was the sweet spotty ricrac and a lovely little calendar.

A charming red heart, beautifully embellished.

An exquisite china thimble from Portugal,

such a beautiful embroidered and beaded keyring in pink, my other favourite colour,

and a bag of home grown lavender beautifully embellished with my initial.  I am very spoilt.
